A recent survey conducted on our current clients indicated that all of them are happy with our professional customer skills, attitudes, as well as, services provided to them and when it comes to our fees it's "quite reasonable" compared to the service provided.
In fact, we are members of Public Accountants Institute which conducts regular audits called Quality Assurance Review which basically reviews and audit some of the relevant records, files, folders, software that are maintained within our practice to ensure that we comply with latest standards and codes of professional public practitioners. Moreover, we are required to undertake a continuing professional education (CPE), i.e. technical knowledge updates periodically to ensure quality of services provided are up to date. The sole objective of these reviews is to ensure that our clients are in capable and competent hands.
